WIP-Hairport: The most authentic hairdresser’s salon in Lisbon. An out-of-the-ordinary hair-cutting experience with exciting results.
Located on the romantic Elevador da Bica, WIP-Hairport is Lisbon‘s prime address for getting your hair into shape. Our haircuts, done in a 100-year-old storeroom, are state of the art. Our strong point: personalized advice.

Hi!
I know how to do an internship there in the room ??????
is very interesting how vcs work, full of creativity and ideas.
I work as a hairdresser here in Brazil, my cuts are classical, all within the normal …
I want to know if there are opportunities to do training or work for three months there in the room to acquire more experience and suck a little knowledge and techniques of its practitioners?

Guys, I ve watched all (and thats definitly the truth) of your photos on flicker cause I am so facinating by your cuts, wish you would be in vienna, but I am sure I m going to go to lisaboa once even if I can´t afford it now.
Your cuts are devinitely more arte then normal hair cuts.
Cause of bad experience, my hairs just long curled and natrual- all in all boring.

Felizmente que temos em Portugal um cabeleireiro como em muitos lugares da Europa. Só vos visitei uma vez mas fiquei desde logo às vossas mãos.
Quem trabalhou o meu cabelo foi a Néria e a simpatia e profissionalismo dela cativaram-me.

You guys are too cool, i have never heard of such a salon before, I love the fact that you are all soo open to the idea of how the hair should look. And the truth is, the hair grows back, have fun, and why not? I hope you all continue making others happy

Hi guys! I was lookng for haircuts in flickr and just found you! I wanted you to know that your work is INCREDIBLE, i just love all of it, the haircuts, dyes , highlights everything, ive never seen works like those here. im from Buenos Aires, Argentina and im a hairdresser too and id love to learn those techniques, i wanted to know if you are teaching there or where. I always wanted to trip to europe now i got one more reason and its to visit you dudes!
Its very difficult to get people to do these stuffs, just my friends and few others.

thank you for the nice feedback.
we are also teaching but on individual basis. you have to send us more specifics when you want to come, for how long you want to stay, what you want to learn, what kind of courses you already had and so on,. then we will think about a package that suites you and give you a price.
it’s nowhere easy to get the people to do that kind of hairstyles but if you are the first who does it, you will find the people that are actually looking for that and never found a salon that would do what they want…

In Canada, there’s alot of salons but no one is bringing this kind of talent and creativeness to attention.

I’m a university student of Republic of Korea.
I found this site last year.
It is very interesting to me.
I’m majoring beauty art in university, and I want to be a unique stylist.
I want to go abroad, study more, and do the job in another country, not in Korea.
So, It is very lucky to me that I found this place, and I want to go there someday!

I absolutely love your work.
If at any time, any one of you travel to the NYC, please let me know. I would love a haircut/color and could probably pull together a group of people you could cut the same day-travel and make money! Please keep me in mind!

Hi there!
I messaged you a while back showing interest in your salon. I am currently working at a salon in Ottawa, Canada training in a boutique salon as a stylist. I have finished my schooling and getting the rest of my apprenticeship hours completed. I would love to start some traveling next summer (2012) to expand my hairstyling abilities. I have been following your salon’s flickr and love the work that you do. I don’t know how you or if you would go about bringing someone in for maybe a couple months to work and train with you but if you are interested I have a lot to offer and would love to share my talents with you.
